Your compensation as a contractor will be according to both your experience and local, market rates for these services.

And most importantly, you are compassionate and able to educate and communicate technical issues in layman’s terms.
You will thrive at solving IT support problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. You will keep an eye on issues arising in the internal IT environment and move quickly to put out the fires. You will ensure that every user can maintain a high level of productivity using our tools, and is approached with excellent customer service and integrity in mind.
