IT HELP DESK ANALYST

You have a pulse on emerging technology trends, come equipped with a good sense of humor and have a passion for, and attention to, detail. As a self-starter, you will see an issue through to it’s resolution with quality and service ownership as your priorities. And most importantly, you are compassionate and able to educate and communicate technical issues in layman’s terms.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will thrive at solving IT support problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. You will keep an eye on issues arising in the internal IT environment and move quickly to put out the fires.  You will ensure that every user can maintain a high level of productivity using our tools, and is approached with excellent customer service and integrity in mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups.
  • Independently investigate and diagnose new and recurring problems, and then implement solutions to technical issues and their root causes.
  • Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally.
  • Report to the Senior Systems Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Comprehension of basic networking concepts.
  • Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions.
  • Office 365 experience.
  • Microsoft Windows 10 experience.

GOOD-TO-HAVE

  • A+ Certification
  • 1-2 years Help Desk experience
