Who are you?

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Self-motivated individual with prior early stage company experience.
  • Consistent track record of over-achievement; net new logo accomplishments; and keen understanding of how to leverage channel partnerships
  • Maniacal focus on excellence in Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Progression; including meticulous planning and preparation
  • Willingness to be coached and the discipline to work a proven sales process from beginning to end
  • Ability to craft and target messaging for a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • An active network of customer and partners
  • Proficient in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing
  • Bachelor’s Degree

What will you do?

  • Meet and exceed New ARR Booking Quota
  • Present a detailed and accurate forecast of the business
  • Build a healthy and growing pipeline
  • Create and execute territory plan with core internal teams BDR Team, Channel Team, Executive Team, Marketing Team

As a Regional Sales Rep, you will be responsible for developing, identifying and exploring new opportunities to facilitate our aggressive growth targets. The duties in this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to craft and target messaging from the C-Level down throughout the organization
  • You will take ownership of an assigned territory focused on net new logo and upsell opportunities, while leveraging customer references
  • Meeting and exceeding ARR quota
  • Responsible for identifying and exploring new potential opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive new customer aquistion
  • You will constantly generate pipeline using new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, trade shows and top tier channel partners (VAR, SI & SP)
  • You will win deals through world-class planning and preparation, as well as being consultative in your approach to solving real business problems
  • Present a detailed and accurate forecast of the business
  • Build a healthy, growing pipeline – 3X+ quota
  • Create and execute territory plan with internal teams (BDR, Channel, Marketing and Executives)
