The Technical Writer role writes and supports the development of various technical documents such as: requirements, specifications, test plans, and user manuals for an Application discovery and security software.
Major Role Responsibilities:
Self-Starter that can create a full set of materials from scratch including Implementation, guides, configuration guides, User guides and documentation for system and modules;
Translates highly technical software functions/features into process driven user friendly materials to support implementation and training of applications;
Liaises with clients and developers to gather information;
Understands validation and test requirement in order to produce materials
Organizes and synthesizes technical and business literature, and writes clear, accurate reviews of the literature.
Develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and user manuals.
Ability to generate graphical representations of software structure, business process, etc
